The Great Manifest

To believe in our world as a people, or a generation is how so many of us are taught to believe.  The Earth: the current state of our existence, a collection of people who through generations, have established and given us the modern world we have today.  We tend to think of it this way, don’t we?

In the last one hundred years in The United States of America alone, we had the GI Generation, The Silent Generation, The Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, Millennials and now the Gen Zers.  With Millennials shaping what it means to live and work as an adult, so much focus has been given to the way they prioritize they’re own life, they’re own happiness and ingenuity over devotion to corporations or governments.  And it’s true, we do.

But one thing has prevailed over the course of these generations.  It’s that the leaders of those generations, those who truly lived what it meant to be that generation and pushed it forward, all lived by the same idea.

It’s simple.  Manifest.

As a skydiver, this concept is ever present, because whenever we want to go for a jump, we first must manifest to be on the plane.  Hand in the ticket, figure out which plane you’re on, etc.  But it doesn’t stop there.  And it’s not just for skydivers.

You manifest your own life.  You make it happen.  You are the only one who can weave that which you wish to be part of the fabric of reality.

The only difference between the generations of the Wright Bros., or Henry Ford or Steve Jobs to the vast expanse of millennials who are living essentially the same path of exploration and self actualization, is the sheer amount in which it is currently present in our society.

Where are you on this threshold?

Are you on the cusp, or are you riding the wave?  Or are you the one drowning?  You choose the life you wish to lead.  The visions you dream, the thoughts you think, the actions you take, it’s all part of the life you manifest.  The greatest realization is that we can change whatever we desire, as long as it is in our future (as opposed to our past, of course.)

So live for the world you want as if it was already the world you live in.  Only then can you create that world in all it’s glory.
